Polly’s Brew Co. is a small independent brewery located on Polly’s old farm in Mold, North Wales. They focus on brewing super modern, fresh hoppy beers. Founded in 2018 as a two-man operation working out of a converted stable on a rickety, wood-bound brew kit, they have rapidly grown to where they find themselves today – in a brewery twelve times the size of their original brew space, capable of brewing up to eight times a week, looking after the livelihoods of fourteen incredibly talented team members.

Their area of expertise lies in pale and hoppy beers but they have also broached into more experimental styles such as sours, stouts and traditional styles with a modern twist.
