Wainwright Brewery is a British brewery based in Blackburn, Lancashire. It was founded in 1993 by Daniel Thwaites Brewery and is named after the famous Lakeland fell walker Alfred Wainwright. The brewery’s flagship beer is Wainwright Golden Ale, which is a 4.1% ABV golden ale that is lightly hopped with subtle sweet notes and a delicate citrus aroma. Wainwright Golden Ale is now the UK’s No.1 Golden Cask Ale and is available year-round in pubs and bars across the UK and in bottles around the world.

In addition to Wainwright Golden Ale, Wainwright Brewery also produces a range of other beers, including Wainwright Black Beer, Wainwright Dark Mild, and Wainwright IPA. The brewery also produces a number of seasonal beers, such as Wainwright Winter Ale and Wainwright Summer Ale.
