Schöfferhofer is a brewery that originates from Mainz, Germany. They are known for their refreshing and fruity wheat beer. The history of Schöfferhofer dates back to 1806 when the brewery was founded by Georg Schöffler.

The brewery was later acquired by Binding-Brauerei AG in 1921 and then by Radeberger Gruppe in 2001. They have recently started expanding their range to include fruit-infused radler style beers like the famed Schöfferhofer Grapefruit.

This beer is a true 50/50 blend of Schöfferhofer Hefeweizen with grapefruit juice. It is zesty, tangy and incredibly refreshing on its own and has quickly become one of the bartenders and mixologists best kept secret.
