Blue Moon Brewing Company is a subsidiary of Molson Coors Brewing Company and is responsible for the production and distribution of Blue Moon Belgian White, a Belgian-style weissbier. The beer was originally brewed at the Sandlot Brewery at Coors Field in Denver, Colorado, and is now brewed at the Molson Brewery in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Blue Moon is sold in the United States, as well as exported to Europe.

The beer was created by Keith Villa, a brewer at the Sandlot Brewery, who wanted to create a refreshing twist on a classic beer style. Blue Moon is brewed with malted barley, white wheat, orange peel, coriander and oats, and is usually served with a slice of orange. The beer has 5.4% alcohol by volume.

Blue Moon has become one of the most popular craft beers in the United States and is known for its unique flavour and refreshing taste. The beer has won numerous awards, including a Gold Medal at the Great American Beer Festival in 1995.
