Rodenbach Brewery is a historic Belgian brewery located in Roeselare, West Flanders, founded in 1821 by Pedro Rodenbach. It is internationally renowned for its Flanders Red Ale, a style of sour, barrel-aged ale that balances tart fruitiness with rich malt character. Rodenbach’s beers are fermented and matured in large oak foeders, giving them complex aromas of cherry, plum, and red berries, along with a characteristic acidic tang and smooth, vinous finish.
