Erdinger is a brewery located in Erding, Germany. It was founded in 1886 by Johann Kienle and is the world’s largest wheat beer brewery. Erdinger is widely available and popular across Germany and the European Union.
Erdinger is the largest family-owned wheat beer brewery. For over 130 years, ERDINGER Weissbräu has stood for carefully nurtured Bavarian wheat beer culture and perfect enjoyment. Erdinger’s best-known product is its namesake Weißbier (wheat beer). However, they offer a variety of other beers.
