Brass Castle Brewery began in 2011 in a modest Yorkshire garage on Brass Castle Hill in Pocklington, founded by Phil Saltonstall—who was also a full‑time Coastguard at the time. From these humble origins, the brewery relocated to Malton in 2014 and has continued to evolve ever since. In 2023, they upgraded their operation to a 25-barrel state-of-the-art brewhouse, significantly increasing production capacity. Entirely vegan & certified gluten-free across the full range
