Alf Turner is an award-winning, family-heritage sausage and charcuterie brand based in Aldershot — the town long known as the Home of the British Army — with roots stretching back over a century to the original recipes of butcher Alf Turner himself. The brand collaborates with neighbouring Surrey brewery Hogs Back to produce limited-edition beers, most notably Hero IPA, released in 2025 to commemorate the 80th anniversary of VE Day, with proceeds supporting military charities.
