Milkshake IPA, 5.3%
Raspberry & White Chocolate Milkshake IPA by Black Sheep Brewery. It has an ABV of 5.3% and tastes like cheesecake in a pint glass. Sweet malts are combined with lactose, creating a creamy vanilla sweetness which is coupled with velvety white chocolate.
This is cut with the refreshing tang of bright raspberry, making this IPA incredibly indulgent but eminently balanced and drinkable. Fresh raspberries are added in the boil and in fermenter to give an irresistible flavour and aroma. Vanilla and white chocolate buttons blend with the raspberry whilst the lactose brings all those flavors together through a creamy texture.
