Ice cream lager is a limited-edition beer by Camden town Brewery. It is inspired by vanilla ice cream and brewed with lactose and vanilla essence for a creamy and refreshing taste. It has a pale golden colour and a smooth mouthfeel, with hints of vanilla and citrus. It is made with a new German hop called Solero, which adds a fruity aroma and flavour.
Ice cream lager is part of the Arch 55 series, which are small-batch innovation beers that showcase new ideas, ingredients, techniques and recipes. It was originally launched last year as an Arch 55 beer and proved to be the most popular with Camden fans.
