This Pineapple Flambe Sour is a flavour explosion! A crossover between North Brew Co & Pomona Island, the combination of caramelized pineapple, brown sugar sweetness, and spicy cinnamon creates a wonderful balance of flavours that dance on the taste buds.
The addition of coconut and spiced rum on the finish is the cherry on top. The thick and smooth base of naked oats, flaked oats, and wheat adds a nice creaminess to the mouthfeel, making it a pleasure to drink.
